The client is responsible for providing accurate information about the property, including access conditions, facade type if known, water availability, nearby plants, drains, vehicles, outdoor furniture, and any visible damage or sensitive areas.
Clean Clean Services by PLAKOU is insured for accidental damage within the limits of its insurance policy. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose paint, unstable plaster, cracks, poor previous repairs, hidden defects, water ingress caused by existing defects, or damage resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
Before work begins, the client must ensure that access to the working area is available and that vehicles, delicate objects, outdoor furniture, and valuable items are removed or protected where necessary. If access is not possible at the scheduled time, the service may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled, and cancellation fees may apply.
Facade cleaning results may vary depending on surface type, age, contamination level, weather conditions, and previous treatments. Chlorine-free biocide treatment works gradually over time, and visible results may continue to improve after the service.
Services may be postponed due to weather, safety concerns, unsuitable surface conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Any concerns or damage reports must be submitted in writing within 24 hours after completion of the service so that they can be reviewed properly.
