Clean Clean Services is insured for damages caused during the cleaning session. If accidental damage occurs, we will work with our insurance provider to cover the cost of repairs or replacements up to the policy’s limits. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the performance of our services. Clean Clean Services is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, or other unforeseen events.The client is responsible for ensuring that the property is accessible for the cleaning team at the scheduled time. If the property is not accessible (e.g., no key provided or locked entry), the service may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled, cancellation fees may apply. Parking requirements: The client must provide a parking space or permit for the cleaning team during the service. If no parking is available, the client will be responsible for reimbursing any parking fees incurred by Clean Clean Services.The client is also responsible for ensuring that all valuables are securely stored. Clean Clean Services is not liable for loss or damage to unsecured items. Damage Reporting: Any concerns or reports of damage must be submitted to Clean Clean Services within 24 hours of the service being completed. Reports made after 24 hours will not be considered, as damage occurring after this period cannot be verified as being caused by our team. Clients are responsible for inspecting the property immediately after the cleaning session. . All client information provided will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and in compliance with data protection laws. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Clean Clean Services reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee if sufficient notice is not provided. In the event of a dispute arising from this agreement or the services provided, both parties agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration, conducted in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any changes to the agreed services must be communicated in writing and agreed upon by both parties. Pricing and Service Acknowledgement: By completing the booking, the client confirms that they have reviewed the Basic Home Cleaning Service explanation page, including the service scope, included and excluded tasks, and the pricing structure. The client understands and accepts that the Basic Home Cleaning Service is billed as a fixed package for the first 1–3 hours and that any hourly rate stated applies only from the 4th hour onward unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing. Complaints and Public Statements: If the client has any concern regarding pricing, invoicing, or service scope, the client agrees to contact Clean Clean Services directly and allow a reasonable opportunity to clarify or resolve the matter.
